Please note that you cannot reinstall your eSIM once you have deleted it. Make sure you only delete the eSIM when you are no longer going to use it.
You can remove your eSIM from your device from your device settings.
On iOS:
1. Go to Settings > Cellular
2. Click into the eSIM profile, and scroll down. You should see a "Remove Cellular Plan" button. Pressing this button will start an eSIM removal process within your Cellular Settings. Follow the on-screen instructions to remove your eSIM.
3. If you see a notification, "Line No Longer Available" or "Update Contacts", select your primary line.
The record will be removed entirely from your phone.

On Android:
1. Go to Settings > SIM Manager on Samsung devices; or on other Android devices Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Networks
2. Click the eSIM that you want to remove, and select the option to delete the eSIM.
